Class FAQ

Do I need my own exercise mat?
Yes. This is important for hygiene, even more so during Covid-19 times.
What should I bring to class?
For Yoga classes please bring a towel and a mat.

For Pilates classes please bring a towel , mat and wear clean socks if using a reformer machine.

What is your returns policy?
In the case that you are unhappy with your DVD we will gladly refund within 14 days of us posting the DVD to you.

We do not refund initial shipping charges for DVD returned. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.

How can I pay?
For physical sales, for example DVD’s we accept payments through PayPal. This ensures all credit card and other sensitive financial data is kept and processed through an SSL (secure https) connection with PayPal. This provides our customers with the highest level of security.

After clicking the purchase link on the Omnibody shopping cart checkout you will be redirected to the PayPal website. Once there payment can made either using a PayPal account or without one by clicking the “Pay with a Credit or Debit card” link and following the prompts to pay using your credit or debit card.

Omnibody is a trading name of Lilystone Pty Ltd so Lilystone is the account name you will see when on the PayPal website to make your payment.

Can I track my parcel?
Not currently but we may add a tracking option in the future.
Can I download the DVDs?
No, but a series of exercise videos has been released at June’s Vimeo Account.
Will there be more exercise videos?
Yes, a series of exercise videos featuring Pilates, Strength, Conditioning, Balance, Stretching and Yoga has been released at June’s Vimeo Account.
