What is your returns policy?

In the case that you are unhappy with your DVD we will gladly refund within 14 days of us posting the DVD to you.

We do not refund initial shipping charges for DVD returned. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.

What is your refund policy?

How can I pay?

For physical sales, for example DVD’s we accept payments through PayPal. This ensures all credit card and other sensitive financial data is kept and processed through an SSL (secure https) connection with PayPal. This provides our customers with the highest level of security.

After clicking the purchase link at Beautiful Stretches you will be redirected to the PayPal website. Once there payment can made either using a PayPal account or without one by clicking the “Pay with a Credit or Debit card” link and following the prompts to pay using your credit or debit card.

Beautiful Stretches is a trading name of Lilystone Pty Ltd so Lilystone is the account name you will see when on the PayPal website to make your payment.

Can I track my parcel?

Not currently but we may add a tracking option in the future.

Can I download the DVDs?

Yes, digital downloads are in the process of being enabled. They will shortly be available on the DVD product page under the Tab titled ‘Trailer’.

Will there be more stretching exercise videos?

Yes, more stretching DVD’s are planned although there is currently no set schedule.

Class FAQ

Do I need my own exercise mat?

No, a mat can be provided for you. However, if you wish to also practice at home then we recommend that you buy one.

What should I bring to class?

For yoga classes please bring a towel and a mat if you have one. For pilates classes please bring a towel and wear clean socks if using a reformer machine.
