The stretches featured in this DVD are divided into sections for specific muscle groups. The selection can be incorporated with any other exercise routine you may be undertaking or used as a stand-alone routine.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing
Use a non-slip mat
Use a folded towel or small blanket as a head, knee or hip support
Remove obstacles from surrounding floor space
Use music of your choice (optional)
Floor warm up 7 mins
Side-lying exercise 6 mins
Strength exercise 9 mins
Abdominal exercise 6 mins
Front hip & spine extension 6 mins
Stretching is best done regularly, according to your body’s needs, time, and duration. You don’t have to complete the whole program to feel the benefits.
Before planning a stretch sequence, go to the menu SCENE SELECTION to begin your warm up then proceed to select the desired sequence for your daily needs.
